Do you receive dividend/interest payment as cheques?

In some countries, citizens have to remain at their mailing address because they receive their dividend/interest payment as a check/cheques .For member who are investors, do you receive dividend/interest payment as cheques ?

For now l am not receiving anything like dividends or the interests on investments because l have never engaged in that venture.

In my country and per now I am not receiving any of those

In my case, dividends from stocks or interest payment are directly deposited into my bank account. Cheques are seldom used in my city nowadays.
