Without your workers, you cannot accomplish everything in a day. It is essential to be human so that the workers will love and work harder for you. If there is a good thing, your worker does, like perfectly, cleaning your home , do you give an extra reward to him or her? When my laundry worker does her work well, I give her extra pay to make her day colored. It is overwhelming to see our workers doing a task for us, honestly. Do you reward your workers?

I used to hire a part-time maid to help with household chores. She was a very responsible person. I gave her lucky money every Chinese New Year.
Your house help surely felt happy when you gave her the monetary reward. It is a rewarding feeling for the workers, especially if he or she need the money very badly.

That's lovely! You showed appreciation for her hard work and built a positive relationship, making a real difference in her life.

Yes, rewarding workers is meaningful. It signals that you notice and value their efforts. Even a small bonus or verbal praise can brighten their day and encourage continued dedication. Appreciating workers builds trust and a sense of teamwork, making tasks easier for both the worker and the employer. It’s a win win approach.
