Do you see paying for extra lessons for 4 and 5 year old as waste of money?

A man and his wife are paying for extra lessons for his 5 year old and 4 year old daughters. The girls are in school already and have no learning deficiency. But the man and his wife employ an extra lesson teacher that comes in the evenings to teach them.

Is it a waste of money to pay for extra lessons for kids that young?

Not necessarily a waste but it depends on the goal. At that age kids learn best through play. If the extra lessons are fun and not intense, it could help them get ahead a bit.

I would also pay the extra lesson at that age for my child when I have one. I know I would be a busy mom.

I don't see investing in a child for better education, skills and training as a waste of money. If you want your child to become successful in life, you need to invest on him

Starting to give that child extra lessons at that age would help the child to become better in their academics right from a young age.

It's very common here that children attend extra lessons after school. Investment in a child's education is never a waste of money.

I would extra lessons for my kids from three years old. It even helps to relieve you from childcare that period of lesson.

I know that I have taught a 5 year old extra lesson in my teaching days. Nothing wrong with it if you have the money and don't have the time to teach your child.
