For me l can say that it's very difficult for the entrepreneurs to comply to the set regulations in my country because of some harsh business working environment for sure. They charge so much higher taxes for the business to bear

Hong Kong basically has a simple tax system, and the regulation for opening a business is not complicated. It's quite easy for businesses to comply with them.
