You may become a more skilled tech worker, take advantage of new technologies, and gain a competitive edge when making strategic decisions if you stay up-to-date with the newest developments in technology, especially in the software area. But other people would still rather use the software they are used to because they don't want to deal with the hassle of learning new ones. This is a common sentiment among the oldies—not that I generalize it, but the majority of them, including my dad (no offense right there).

Yes, sometimes. I read news about the latest software that I can use for my online job. And, you are right. Older people usually stick with what they only know. Hehe.

Nope I don't, honestly speaking, I don't stay up to day for anything. I only search out information when I am in need of it.
