Do you think a Car Loan is a necessity?

As far as you are working and you earn reasonable income, you can always get a car loan than can be deducted from your salary for as long as 10 years till it is fully paid.

Do you think it is worth it to get a car loan? Why would you deem it necessary or not?

I won't take a car loan for anything. I intend to buy a car by my own money. I don't like deductions. And that is why I won't do car loans.

For me it is not a necessity so I won't even think about taking a car loan, but then again each and everyone of us have our needs and wants, and they are completely different from one another.

In my country, the public transport system is very efficient and having a car is not a necessity enough to get a loan.

It depends on whether you really require a car If you are mostly at home and can complete all your shopping in the neighborhood, a car and car loan may not be necessary.

In general, companies work with car and motorcycle dealers so that employees can take out a motorcycle/car loan that is paid in installments over a period of 3 years, paid through salary deductions received. But I think it's better for me to save up to buy a car.

To me, it is not necessary to own a car. The public transportation system here is very efficient. Never thought of taking out a loan for buying a car.

Same as I. A car is a luxury for me now. When I need to have a car, I would buy a car without a loan.
