It is very difficult, if not impossible for a bank to give a new business that just wants to start loans. No matter how glossing the business plan might be, it is always the same story of not being able to fund a business that is not well established.

Do you thinks banks act unfairly to new potential businesses by not giving them loans?

Though it might seem unfair to those who got denied, but i don't think its unfair. They also have to protect their capital and be sure of the business they are about pumping money into.

If banks continue to throw their money around without proper research and plan, it will not be long before the bank will go bankrupt.
