Do you think fees for USDT transactions are too expensive?

Today, I made a withdrawal of $2 worth of USDT and I was charged a whopping $0.25 as fees. That's outrageous.

What do you think of fees for USDT transactions? Are they worth it?

I have never withdrawn USDT through a crypto network. I always use the direct transfer feature of the exchange to run my USDT transactions.

This includes a cheap swap transaction fee if you are only charged $0.25 for 2 USDT, especially if the USDT you use runs on the Ethererum blockchain of course you will be charged a higher transaction fee

The fees there looks high but it is still worth it to some extent but it could be better if the fees are reduced

I think that a swap of the USDT to Litecoin or maybe doge would prove to be cheaper in the long run.

For my taste, yes, that's why I don't usually use it, I prefer to use fiat currency instead of USDT even in my transactions within the crypto world, that is, if I want to buy any crypto I do it with fiat instead of USDT because accumulating USDT and moving it is sometimes too expensive.

Imagine having to pay as much as $3 for a withdrawal. USDT is not for payment except it is a direct payment within an exchange.
