Do You Think Having More Ads Means More Money?

Do you really earn more when you use more ads on your website? Do you earn more money when you have 5 ad units on your webpage compared to 2 ad units? Do you earn more money from your website when you use 5 ad networks instead of just one or two? I think more ad units or more ad networks do not necessarily make more money.

That is what i used to believe but also the region and the type of ads matters a lot too

I too thinks so. However it depends on number of parameters for instance the type of adnetworks, and the region that websites originate from.

It depends on what ad units and network you’re using, as some ad placements can pay more depending on their position. Additionally, more ads can sometimes lower your CPC rate, so no, I don’t think having more ads necessarily means you’ll make more money.

It depends on the ad network which is being used. I find that most of the ad networks are not counting the page views accurately, due to which I am making very less money from advertising. So the ad revenue depends on the ad network which is being used.

As far as l am concerned, too much ads on the websites are very annoying to the users and this can really distruct the user experience for the websites which promotes the high bounce rates.
