It is really something that a business can't help to give more attention to people that buy high. I think it is just natural.

Of course yes. Business should recognize it's most loyal customers and treat them in a very special way for much respect for sure.

The thing is that most business persons just do it without any consciousness. And I don't really think it is as bad as. Everyone would value the customers that makes them more money.

Even in my workplace, we the staff tend to give those people that pay early and promptly special treatment. Even when the business owner says that all customers should be treated the same, we just cat help.

You can make a list of all customer requests and needs then sort them based on impact and urgency. After sorting, you can list them by priority
