Do you think just one staff is enough to run a grocery shop?

Every business wants to minimize their overhead costs. That's why some businesses cut down on the number of staff they employ. For an average grocery shop, is it possible to have one staff man it efficiently?

That one staff would serve the customers and receive payments. Is it ideal for one staff alone to work in a grocery shop?

A very small grocery shop can be run by one staff. But that staff would have to be someone that is very vigilant.

Sure you can use just a staff to run a grocery store. it just depends on the workload that's all.

The size of the shop also counts, if it's not a large store, then yes one staff is more than enough, for a larger shop, you might require more staffs.

I have seen one staff run mini supermarket stores. But I don't think it is ideal as you would burnout the person.

That depends on the size of the store. If it is a small store, I think it can be run by one person. But that person will have to work very hard.

I don't think one staff would be able to manage a grocery store that has good number of customers. It ain't possible.

One staff or even no staff will depend on the size of the grocery store and the number of customers, I often find small grocery stores that are only manned by one owner, and it seems they take turns with their spouse. If there are many customers and your grocery store is large, reducing staff will be troublesome and even detrimental.

It depends on how big is your grocery and how crowded it gets during the peak hours. If you have a lot of customers, you might need more staff

If the grocery shop is small, one person can do . But it will difficult if th shop is in area where there is heavy sales and demanding customers!

Unless the shop is very small, it could by managed by the owner alone. if it somewhat bigger, one staff is not enough. Who will carry the heavy goods?

If the grocery shop is just the size of a standard room, I think one staff would be able to run it very well.
