It is, in my opinion, since, compared to regular employment, you will have more control and freedom over your working schedule. Knowing you're working for your own firm may also give you a higher sense of satisfaction and fulfillment at work.

So, what about you? What do you think about this?

I have been working remotely for a while now, so comparing it with a traditional office environment is not feasible. Hehe. However, I prefer working from home as it offers flexibility in terms of time and place. I also get to spend some quality time with my two fur babies who bring immense joy to my life. Sometimes, it can get boring, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, no doubt about it.

In some countries government agencies, top tech and internet companies are extremely vicious in criminally defaming, cheating, exploiting and robbing self employed professionals, especially those who are older and single, due to which they make very less money or a loss . In comparison, employees of large companies make far more money, doing less work, so in the long term being an employee is a better option.

Both paid employment or entrepreneurship could be very exciting. It all depends on your priorities for life and your personality. For someone like me that loves to be in charge, entrepreneurship is more exciting for me.

Self employment is more exciting and at the same time challenging. Though you will have more freedom for yourself but you will also have to work extra.

Yes, it is challenging. Your income fluctuates from time to time. However, I like the fact that I can work at any time.

Of course everyone's opinion will be different, for people who have an education level of at least a master of business, they tend to work for large companies, especially those owned by the government. because prestige makes them rise in rank, while self-employment can be done by anyone with the lowest level of standing.

That's right you know that even a good thing comes with its own cons. You focus more on the good side

I prefer to work in a huge company. It is not easy to find legit jobs online or do business online. I can mange to have one or two side kicks though.
Same here it looks like the offline jobs pay more for those of us not in tier 1 countries than online jobs.

When we're employed in a huge company there's always sure money to wait unlike in online, it takes forever to earn better figures.
