Do you think the size of the phone's memory affects it's user flexibility?

Currently there are so many smartphones that claim to be coming with very large memory which aids in the storage. Do you think that the size of the phone's memory affects the speed at which the phone works?

I think that the bigger the memory of the phone, the bigger the potential for a vram which can help the phone to operate quite faster.

It is true, the higher the memory, the faster and flexible the phone will be . In fact the memory determines the phone speed and how fast it responds. The higher the RAM and storage, the costlier the phone.
