Do you use any personal financial tips?

I have few financial tips i use. Due to the fact that my income is small and highly limited, i suupplement with side hustle online to balance up. Secondly, i make sure i save 20% of my income. No matter how pressed am, i don't touch my savings. I do skip meals to reach my target. Which financial tips do you use ?

I don't have any specific tips i use at the moment, i just make sure i adjust based on how things are going.

I usually look for good deals such as buy one get one free. And I use credit card to get cash back, join loyalty programs to gain rewards which cannot be converted into cash when purchasing products from participating merchants.

I try to follow a simple rule: don’t spend what I haven’t planned for. I keep a notebook where I write every single thing I buy, even if it’s just a soda. That way I can see where my money goes. I also make small monthly goals, like “save P100 extra” or “spend nothing on takeaways this week.” It helps me stay disciplined without feeling like I’m suffering.

I don't use any special personal finance tips, because all my expenses come from my main income, so I always have to spend less than my main income, while I use other side income to add to my investment portfolio.
