Do you use app freezer to freeze your apps?

App freezer are special apps that work to freeze the other apps on your phone so that they don't run on the background to slow down the phone. Do you think an App freezer is very necessary for a smartphone? Do you have an app freezer?

I think I only used this on my former phone and it came pre installed on the phone. All those app freezers on playstore won't work unless you root your phone.

I have not used such an app before and I do not intend to do so in the future. My smartphone does not slow down often so I do not need it.

When you use Redmi and it comes with too many pre installed apps that you don't need. App freezing software can be very useful but I can't even find one that can't work without root.

I have not used App freezer but I manually have to force stop apps manually. It helps a bit to speed up the phone.
