At home, we are using electric fans in the day and in the evening air-conditioning. We have 8 electric fans running at home in the day but they are off almost whole day when we're at work. Only weekends and holidays electric fans run. We only use the A/C during sleep time from 10 in the evening up to 4 in the morning.

Can you share why you use air conditioning only at night while sleeping? Some people do not use air conditioning due to allergies and similar problems.
