I was thinking of finding the birthday date of most of my serious customers and even the not so serious ones. I believe sending them a happy birthday message would also be a good way to make them feel loved by my brand and as well remind them to patronize me. What do you think about this, do you usually wish your customers a happy birthday?

I do wish my customers happy birthday especially those i know their birthday through Facebook and other social media platforms! I only senf them birthday wishes and nothing more. I don't want to exceed that limit because some customers will start thinking another thing.

Yes that's true, and it's best to start something you can keep up with for a long period of time. Not starting now then start after a few tries.

That is an excellent idea. By acknowledging and celebrating their birthdays, we can make our customers feel appreciated and valued. If I were a business owner, I would make a point to greet my customers on their special day and show them how much I care about their continued patronage.

Yes I do wish my customers a happy birthday when ever they celebrate their birthdays, sometimes I do gift some of the serious ones who always patronizes me gifts i gift them from what I make and sell or sometimes send airtime to them.

I always wish my customers happy birthday and they are always very grateful for it. It helps to make them more bonded to my business.
Some websites do this by an automatic way because remember birthday of some people could be easy staff unlike someone having 500 customers then it would be a hard approach and may need google calendar as reminder or similar apps for example.
