Do your children have individual savings accounts?

If you have kids, do they have their own savings accounts? Teaching them to save from a young age can help them develop good money habits that last a lifetime. Letting them handle small amounts of money can make them feel more confident and in control of their finances.

I don't have kids yet but when I do, I would open a self funded savings account for them from age 1 and hand it over to then when they start having small money by themselves. That's around 8 years old.

My sister used the monetary gifts and donations she got when the child was born to open a savings account for the child. She puts money in the account bit by bit. And that is for her first child.

I have two kids and I have two saving accounts for my two kids. But sadly I haven't been able to put a lot of money on my kid's saving account.

I don't have kids yet, but when i do, i will definitely have separate savings account for each of them.
