For me l have never started the building of my own house. However l am planning to buy the most expensive iron sheets that no one never used here. I like being so unique for sure.

Yes well designed ones look good but I always prefer the durable ones. you would enjoy the quality and longevity
In as much as the rooftops are in the right condition, l would go for the one that is good and serves the same purpose for sure and l must say that

We are using bricks tiles roofing, We live facing the sea and using an ordinary roofing may not last for two years. The galvanized iron rusts easily when the air is salty.

For me what I would be after is it's quality and to make sure it will last. I don't care how fancy it is.
I usually do not have the time to purchase roofing and other materials, I ask the contractor to purchase the materials, if I can find a reliable contractor willing to do the work.
