Does a business have the burden of proof if it describes a product as "Best in the world" in advertising?

Some people say that overhyping your products is false advertising and a customer can institute a legal case against a business for such claims.

If I describe my products or services as "Best in The World", can a customer sue me for that?

I believe the customer can sue you if they feel it does not meet the standard you claim it to be, they might be able to sue for misleading information.
