Does a staff reporting it's organization to their professional union constitute sabotage on the part of the staff?

Imagine you are an employer and you found out that your staff has reported you to their professional union because of a something your business organization did and he or she did not like. Would you consider it that the staff has sabotaged your business organization?

Unless what the staff is reporting is false about the organization, I don't see anything as sabotage. I am saying from the point of an employee.

A staff that is known to report the organization he or she is working for to the union would be sacked by the organization. Such things are done anonymously.
