Does anyone make money from affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is supposed to be the most lucrative way of making money online. However, some websites/sellers are disabling the account of their affiliates after some time, to avoid paying the affiliate the commission due. Has anyone faced this problem?

Yes, unfortunately this happens more often than people think. Some affiliate programs suspend or deactivate accounts just before payouts, often claiming "violations" without proof. I’ve experienced it once with a smaller vendor, and since then I only trust well-known platforms like Amazon Associates or Impact. Always read the terms, and take screenshots of your stats regularly as evidence just in case.

No, I can't, due to the conflict with the financial and tax laws of my kind of business (the government of my country forbids affiliate marketing to small VATs).
