This is not a good idea because such traffic could lead to a Google Adsense account ban service. After all, the visitor is not interested in your content but visits the platform for a small reward instead like a visitor back to his blog.
Yes, you're absolutely right, I just don't understand why people still look for these types of platforms.
It is better to have few genuine visitors than thousands of fake traffic which may be generated by bots or pay to click site. Bots clicks can harm SERAP ranking and give your blog permanent ban from Google.
Not just Adsense than all other networks. Also Google ranking can also be decreased because of fake traffic.
