Does anyone use Telegram for chatting?

Does any member of this forum use Telegram to chat with their friends and associates? If yes, what is the procedure for chatting with another person, how to find a person who has given their chat id?

No, I don't use telegram for chatting with the people. I prefer WhatsApp for the same.

I use Telegram to chat sparingly and it is only for some clients that can't access WhatsApp. I prefer to chat with WhatsApp though.

II have used Telegram before, but only to join a channel. I do not like using it for chatting. I prefer Messenger or Viber instead to chat with some family and friends.

Yes i do make use telegram for chatting, but not as much as i make use of Whatsapp or even Facebook.

Telegram is one of the apps that is installed on my phone for chatting. It is not a major chat app though.

You need to register your telephone number to use Telegram. You can find a person with his/her telephone number. By chat id, only when your telephone number is registered and confirmed on Telegram.

Yes, to chat on Telegram, search their username in the search bar, tap it, then start messaging them.

Telegram is one app that I loved so much as a chat messenger before it became a den for fake airdrops. I left it for good.

No I don't use it for chats but I have joined various channels as I get lots of good study material there for the kids.

I do use Telegram. To chat with someone, you need their username or phone number saved. If they shared their chat ID, just search for it inside Telegram, then start chatting. It’s easy once you open the app and play around a bit.

Unfortunately I use telegram for marketing my products or doing small business no time for chats lol
