Being in the civil service seems to be a guarantee for the financial future of a person because their job guarantees them a pension for the rest of their lives. And they get a gratuity after they have retired?

Do you believe that with all these perks, civil service is the best job that guarantees a secure financial future?

It is true that the job of being a civil servant is relatively stable, compared to working for private companies. But there is no guarantee for financial future because here in my city, civil servants do not get pension after they retire.

Civil servants are guaranteed of their salaries regardless of the circumstances. That is some level of financial security and it keeps increasing every three years.

Here most young people prefer a civil services or government job because they get a very good salary, great powers, bribes and pension after retirement. Private citizens do not get any pension, and government agencies are robbing their retirement savings without a court order or legally valid reason.
