We often associated Blockchain technology with crypto because it is the framework on which crypto works. But people say that Blockchain has other alternative uses beyond crypto.

What other uses does Blockchain function? Which industry is it practically used beyond the crypto industry?

The only other uses of Blockchain technology that I have seen practically is in hospitals to securely store the information of patients without it capable of being altered or accessed without due rights.

Blockchain is evolving ecosystem which helps to secure important files and keep transactions between system highly decentralized. Blockchain can be used in any ecosystem where transactions need to balanced without human supervision.

Of course, different types of blockchain are used in the crypto world and institutions, be it in the fields of education, government, finance, health, technology, insurance, etc. So blockchain is used as data storage, which is difficult to fake.

There are few companys which implement it as security system and block possible unauthorized copy. Example, somebody will make fake diploma with your certified numbers but on different name. Blockchain can stop it.
