Does each smartphone have an unique IP address?

Usually each smartphone has a unique IP address. However in the last few days I am getting an error message that the phone ip address is being used elsewhere. Has anyone else faced this problem with their phones?

It’s possible that your ip address is being shared by someone near by. Especially if you’re connected to your regular cell service tower.

How many people are usually sharing the same smartphone ip address? Is it possible to find out the phone number sharing the ip address using any online tool?

Am not really a tech person, but i believe it is possible to get this information, i think some forum admins make use of this .

Definitely each smart phone is designed to have a unique IP address for the truth of the matter. That is because every device has its own IP adress

Internal IP addresses will likely be the same as other users if they use the same Wi-Fi service provider, such as at work or at home. External IP addresses, on the other hand, are assigned by the ISP. When I'm at home, all my devices, including my smartphone and laptop, always have the same IP address.

Of course yes every device has their own unique ip addresses. However devices using the same internet connection like WiFi displays the same ip address.
