In terms of conducting business and promoting global trade, English has emerged as the de facto language worldwide. Apart from having a common language among geographically scattered businesses, it is also the language utilized in official business proceedings. English proficiency can make life easier for people who speak it, even though it is not a prerequisite for success in the corporate world.

Agree or disagree?

You can't do international business without using English language. Even very traditional countries that value their language so much are learning and teaching English so as to be able to conduct business globally. Relying on an interpreter for conducting business deals can lead to distortion of facts.

Today it's almost impossible to have any kind of international business transactions without using English. Most companies and brands are even looking for ways to expand their business to English speaking countries.

English is widely considered the universal language of business. It serves as a common medium for international communication and transactions, facilitating global trade, negotiations and collaboration among professionals from diverse linguistic background.

English is the universal language. I think no language have such acceptance than English. Probably, it is due to the fact that British ruled half of countries of the world. Through their conquests, they indirectly influenced most countries with their language.
