Does it even make sense for organizations to train staff these days?

Staff training is one thing that companies used to undertake before now. Staff would be trained and the company would handle the costs. Does it even make sense for staff to be trained at company cost given that loyalty of staff to organizations is very low now?

It is either they leave with the knowledge to start their own or they move to a competitor with better pay.

Should staff still be trained in an organization?

Training of staff will always make sense and it forever. Because if you want your staff to have the skills needed for your job you would need to train them to get the best out of them

These days a lot of organization do not see the need to train most of their staffs themselves because majority of these staffs are not loyal.

Most organizations don't even look at hiring staff that don't have the necessary training and paying higher. They avoid training staff on their own.

Organisations cab still train staff but before doing so, the staff should be made to sign an agreement not to leave within a specified time.

The organisation I work for used to train staff before free but now, they deduct the cost of training from our salaries.
