Does my bank have the right to reveal my account details to anyone under any circumstance?

No! The bank have not right to reveal your identity to amybody except for government officials when there is suspicious transactions on your account. Apart from that, the bank will breach trust if they reveal your account details!

In my country all the banks are regulated by the central bank. With that being said, the customer details are protected with the right governing bodies and no third parties are allowed to access one's bank details unless the court of law orders that in very rare circumstances
