Everyday business is evolving into new terrains. Now, quality isn't the only thing that makes a customer to have trust on a business.

They now say that response time to customer enquiries affect trust of the customer on the business.

How is this a trust inducing factor?
 
Quick response time is always appreciated especially for websites since advertising and sales revenue is lost when websites are down, so customer support is required.
So true. The panic is real when a site crashes. Money just slips away. You need help right that second.
