Roadside restaurants are the hope of most people, especially the single men, in eating a good meal.

When it comes to sales volume for that kind of business, does it boom better in the morning or in the evening in your city?

In my country l think that they sell more on the mornings because of the going school children and a lot of people who report to work in the mornings.
It can also do well in the mornings depending on the particular place. When it is close to schools and offices, it does better in the morning.

Roadside eateries are always crowded in my city as the food there is cheap.

I think it also depends on the type of roadside food you are selling. Let's take suya for example, I doubt there would be much sales if it's sold in the morning. While there are places you can get suya in the afternoon, it sells more in the evening or night.

Most people that patronize roadside food have the option of taking tea at home for breakfast but they must buy the roadside foods in the evening.

It depends on the location. In some locations, roadside food vendors make more money than restaurants. Remember, roadside food sellers don't pay for rent and other expenditure.
