For me on my country, l can say that the discos are the main entertainment tool here. You would see it being played in funerals, weddings, baby showers, birthday bashes among other occasions.

There are no more discos here, only in the past years. People are busy making money here and they celebrate without disco only some entertainment like Tiktok dance.

I am not sure if they are still a hit around here. When they want entertainment, they usually blast some lively music or book an entertainer.

No more discos here in the Philippines, it is already obsolete. It was hot many years ago but this time, people concentrate on modern dances and Tiktok.
