When a mobile phone is at a particular location it is connected through a particular mobile tower, and when the location changes to a great extent, the mobile tower will also change. since each mobile tower has a particular range. Has anyone tried testing the mobile IP addresses?

I think l have experienced that case scenario in a couple of times. The Mobile phones up address really like to change with the location. That's why some website would uttest to that when l try to login at times.
