Does the online writing still viable as an online career?

For me l can say that, during the olden days, online writing was a good job. The venture used to be paying so decently that it attracted so many people to participate on writing. Now that the advancement on technology and more specifically the invention of the AI has really made the career to be seen as an obsolete one. What do you have to say about that?

Technology changed entire game and made old writing seem outdated. AI brought new speed to the market. You have to change your approach and use these new intelligences to not be left behind in life.

I have earned a lot through writing till 2018 but not now.
