Does your business depend on electricity/ power to operate and function?

Hello to all the entrepreneurs in the house, electricity supply is one of the important factors in running a business. So many people downplay the importance of securing a means to generate electricity before starting a business. I did too. I thought it's just a poultry farm. What do I need electricity for? But I found out the hard way.

Is there any business that doesn't need electricity? How do you manage electricity bills in your business?

Almost all the businessess in the world use power to achieve greater efficiency. Power is a major boost to every business person and it's operations.

The 90% of my activity is performed online. So I can't never get rid of electricity supply. But I'm lucky as in my country there are many free bills areas and my house is one of them.

Yes my business depends heavily on electricity. My online jobs requires I have power to work, even my offline jobs I still need my laptop to work, so I need light. It's a pity they he hardly give us one.

I can relate with this. I had suffered so much with unproductivity because of power related issues when working online. I had to buy a power bank to help myself stay productive even when power outages occur.

My online business depends so much on electricity or power supply. Though, i mostly use my smartphone which does not consume much energy. But my offline work, i dont need energy at all. Now in my country, electricity is very expensive. Most times high than house rent.

You hardly find any modern day businesses that doesn't require electricity to function most of them make use of electricity every now and then, in fact some can't function without electricity. I wish the government will recognize this and up their game in terms of distributing electricity.

Cyber cafe business is not negotiable when it comes to it's need for power. From the first minute that you start operations to the very last minute, your power must be on. @kerryjoy, hope you have stable public electricity in your location?

My milk tea selling business requires electricity to maintain its quality, freezing cold and yummy. It needs to remain chillin cold.
