Some of the businesses that we know today have a dedicated point where payments are being made. It is different from the place where the product is handed over. You first have to get to the pay point before you get to be served. Does your business have a defined pay point?

I sell and payment is made to me directly as I sell. No dedicated pay point because we don't have a dedicated cashier.
