Does your business operate shifts?

One of the things that is common in running a business is the operation of shifts for staff such that staff have varying working hours. It is useful to prevent burnout with staff.

Does your business run shifts? If it does, how many shifts does the business operate daily?

No, I do not have a night shift. The mall where I rent for my milk tea business operates from 9 in the morning up to 8 in the evening. It will be closed.

My business does not operate in shifts, and I don't even have staffs working under me at the moment,

I don't have shifts in my workplace. And I don't think I would be able to handle a night shift. Business organizations that run shifts have lotdyof staff.

Two shifts happen only in multi national companies like NESTLE PHILIPPINES, DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, COCA BOTTLERS PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED. Other companies only have day shift.

I can only run shifts for my business of it becomes very big. It is not necessary to run a small business on shift.

it would depend on what I see going on in the business. if it is worth it and need it then I would go ahead to run shift
