Some payment processors always charge a flat rate for every transaction regardless of the particular amount to be sent. Others charge higher for higher amounts. Does your payment processor charge you a flat rate for any amount of money sent or the charges is dependent on the amount sent?

Yeah that's PayPal for you. you pay your fees according to the amount of money and location involved
