Almost 10 years ago, I had paid a company advance for purchase of property, they did not register the property and also did not refund the amount paid despite making promises. Now they are again promising to register the property and asking for more money. Is it worth taking the risk of dealing with the company?

Doing business with a company which cheated you earlier

You shouldn't have given them any listening ear in the first place. When people show you what they are capable of doing the first time better believe them, that's who they are and what they can do again for real
I will be definitely considering your advice. The company has been calling me up repeatedly yesterday , so they may be trying to trap me and I will have to be very careful while dealing with them.
The thing is that scammers do revisit their victims to test you again in case they can still penetrate again. You have to show them you have grown and know their game now by silencing them this time
If it were me l would have already blacklisted the company. For me l can't work with such kind of company any longer. In fact you should have sue that company.

If a company or organization cheats me once, that should be the last time I would be doing any business with them.
That's the right thing to do. The audacity for them to still contact him. I would have blocked them everywhere.
I am a very vengeful person. I don't know if there is a loophole you can exploit to get back at the company. You shouldn't do business with them but find a way to get back at that company.
