A Dominican bank listing its first bonds on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is historic. Personally, I think it reflects the global reach of Luxembourg’s financial market. I think world economy is all about connectivity and building deeper businesses. According to experts, Luxembourg stock exchange is one of the most active stock exchange in europe. I think Dominican government have done the right thing.
