When it comes to employee management, some organizations always throw their employees under the bus just to please the customers.

No matter how wrong an employee is, they should not be reprimanded in the presence of a customer. Do you agree?

I don't think there is anything more humiliating to a person than being humiliated in front of a client. It completely kills morale.
Apart from that the customers would start treating them badly as well. I have seen this happen in my previous office.

it will be putting the employees down in front of the customers. There is a right time to call their attention and not defaming them instantly.
That's right mate, nothing more humiliating than this. Talk someone down before a client or customer some people would just resugn there almost immediately

Yes, mate, and I believe the employee being put to shame will resign instantly. She cannot face people because of extreme shame. The business owner is toxic and he will never grow in his business.

Yes that's what such a boss could be, a toxic boss. I can't just work with such people they can be very rude and insensitive

I had a toxic boss before,it was terrifying. He was also dominating us employees to attend to their church where he was a pastor of a born again Christian church. We swallowed our anger but in my case, I disobeyed him. I am a Roman Catholic faith defender. I resigned after my first day of work.
