Drama as Stray Herd of Elephants Halts Traffic on Nairobi-Embu Highway for Hours

Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) rangers and community scouts worked diligently to gently steer the herd back towards the conservation area using their vehicles and noise deterrents. "The elephants were likely searching for water. Our team ensured the safety of both the animals and motorists," explained a KWS spokesperson.
