A driver was fortunate to escape death after his vehicle overturned in the Alakija area of Mile 2, Lagos State, on Wednesday, September 18.
The accident occurred when the vehicle veered off the road at high speed, reportedly due to brake failure.
Taofiq said the swift response of LASTMA officials and other security agencies at the scene led to the rescue of the driver, who escaped the accident without injury.
