So, Dubai South is making their logistics center bigger, you know, the one close to Al Maktoum Airport. What I find really interesting about this whole thing is how forward-thinking it is. It's kind of wild to me how much the airport and airplanes are influencing where people build stuff. One thing that really gets me is how cheap the land out there still is, hard to believe, right?
From my view, the key thing they need to nail is the roads, power, water, all the basics. If they get that right, it's gonna be a game changer .
Ultimately, I think Dubai South is getting ready to be a major player in worldwide trade. They're setting themselves up to be a hub for moving goods all over the globe. It's a smart move, and I'm curious to see how it all plays out. I bet in a few years this place will be hot and have a massive explosion of growth.
