I have seen a lot of information about this program and read a lot of reviews but I could not test it myself because the main reason is that it is not available in my region and I suspect that it will not work in your country either. Most likely they only work in tier 1 countries. They have a very good referral program but it is also not worth your attention even if this program works for you. This program is mainly for first tier country. Am from third world country, therefore am not legible to participate.

I Google search and learned this app is available in the Philippines though Google Play App store but my Google Play app store isn't functioning in my Android phone.
