It is possible to make money with faceless YouTube channel but you must make content with value. It is only YouTube channel with quality contents can retain and get subscribers.

Faceless youtube content is a good idea to make money, but as in any youtube channel, the content is the important thing and without good content you will not earn good money, by not showing your face which is a plus in what is engagement, you will have to take even more care of the content you upload.
Sure you can still make money this way. if you are the shy type you can still make money with videos without showing your face
