Earning online through merry-go-round arrangement

I have been thinking of late about how to earn online.

Thing is most of us spend a lot of time on platforms such as youtube, tiktok, etc but end up earning very little, or nothing at all.
What if we could be more intentional regarding the time spend online?
How about forming a group of individuals seeking to earn online by supporting each other?
This is my proposal of how this would work.
1. Members would form a whatsapp or discord group
2. Each member would share the accounts through which they intend to earn online.
3. Each day, every member would watch and engage with 1 video on a fellow member's account

NB: With 500-1000 members, this scheme would see every member monetizing their accounts on a sustainable basis

Wow! It is pretty good strategybut it is very difficult to get 5000 followers without put great amount of effort. Moreover, some people will be looking for means to scam others! It is difficult to manage people!

This is a great idea, but success greatly depends on how serious the members of this group are, and these days it can be hard to find those who will genuinely do things right.
