Earning websites/apps using Tremendous for Paypal payment.

Since Paypal fees are high for smaller amounts, a large number of money making apps/websites like Timebucks, Pawns are using Tremendous. It appears that they are facing a problem in India. Has anyone else found that the tremendous payment is not transferred to their paypal account?

I have but checked this app. If it is a good app why is it's not known. It might operate only in some countries. I haven't heard it in my country.
