A lot of kids are into YouTube and TikTok, sharing game highlights, art tutorials, or even silly skits some are more into creativity, like designing wallpapers or logos on free apps. And then there are the crafty one, selling handmade stuff online (with their parents’ help, of course).I don’t know about you, but I feel like this generation is learning faster now my question is would you let your kid try making money online at that age, or would you hold them back until they’re older?

Honestly, I think it depends a lot on the kid and how involved the parents are. On one hand, giving kids the chance to explore things like YouTube, TikTok, or even small online businesses can teach them creativity, responsibility, and skills that will definitely help in the future. They pick things up so fast, and the internet is a huge playground for learning. On the other hand, it’s important to set limits and protect them, because online spaces can also expose kids to negativity or pressure they’re not ready for. If I had a kid, I’d probably let them try making money online, but only with guidance—like helping them manage their content, keeping an eye on safety, and making sure they’re still enjoying their childhood. Balance is everything: let them dream big, but keep them grounded too.
